Katherine Forsbach, FNP-C

Katherine is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner.  After graduating Cum Laude from Union University, she attended Vanderbilt University to earn a Master in Nursing Science in the are of Family Practice.  She also has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Business Administration from Mississippi State University.

Tennessee Family Clinic is a Primary Clinic that offers a wide variety of services to the community.  Our mission is to provide fast, friendly healthcare.  The medical team is devoted to offering patient-centered quality healthcare by providing preventative, acute and chronic care management, as well as coordinate care with the patient's specialist, pharmacists, home health providers, physical therapist, or another services the patient requires.

Tennessee Family Clinics knows that out patients are busy and cannot always miss work to come in.  That is why we offer early morning appointments, starting at 7:30 am Monday through Friday.
